Assembly of Equipment and Machinery

In addition to manufacturing intermediate precision engineering components, we also design, develop and assemble semi-assembled and fully assembled equipment and machineries to meet the requirements and specifications of our clients in various industries, including the semiconductor, telecommunications and mechatronics industries. 

Semi-assembled products refer to the assembly of intermediate metal and plastic precision engineering components into semi-assembled products such as frames, structures and enclosures. 

Full assembly refers to the complete assembly of intermediate metal products into finished machine structures according to our clients’ specification. Upon completing the assembly of equipment and machinery, electrical wiring and components are required to be installed into the machine structure to move or control the mechanical parts. Electrical components are required to move or control the mechanical parts in the sub-modular assembled products.
